1. What products do you sell?

We offer a wide range of tropical products, including fresh tropical fruits, grafted tropical fruit trees, perennial herbs, jams, honey, and specialty items. Our fruit trees include mango and avocado varieties, among others.


2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States, except to locations where specific agricultural restrictions apply (e.g., California, Hawaii). If you're unsure whether we can ship to your area, please contact us at Mic@bearingfruittropicals.com.


3. When will my order ship?

Orders are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Tuesday may be held for shipping the following week to ensure freshness and prevent long transit times.


4. How is my order packaged?

We carefully hand-pack all orders to ensure freshness and quality. Fruit is cushioned to prevent damage during shipping, and plants are packed securely with moist roots to keep them healthy during transit.


5. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to follow your package's progress and estimated delivery time.

6. What if my order arrives damaged?


If your order arrives damaged, please email us at Mic@bearingfruittropicals.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. Be sure to include photos of the damaged items and the packaging. We will review the damage and work with you to find the best solution, whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or partial refund.

7. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, if you receive damaged, faulty, or inedible products, we may issue a partial refund, store credit, or a replacement depending on the situation. Refunds for shipping costs are not available.

8. How do I care for my plant once it arrives?

We include basic care instructions with every plant shipment. If you're new to growing tropical plants or have specific questions about your tree, feel free to reach out to us at Mic@bearingfruittropicals.com for personalized advice.

9. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are subject to a restocking fee of 5% if the order is canceled after it's been confirmed, or 10% if the order is prepared for shipment. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

10. Do you accept returns?

No, we do not accept returns for any of our products due to the perishability of fruit, the risk of contamination with honey and jams, and the care required for live plants.

11. What if I need to substitute an item?

While we strive to provide the exact fruit or tree variety you ordered, sometimes seasonal availability requires us to make substitutions. We will only substitute with items of equal or greater value, and we will contact you if a major substitution is necessary.

12. How do I store my fruit after it arrives?

Each fruit variety has different storage needs. Most tropical fruits should be kept at room temperature until ripe and then can be refrigerated for a few days. We provide storage and ripening instructions with every order.

13. Do you offer wholesale options?

We do not offer wholesale fruit or fruit trees at this time. However, you can still order a variety of fruit or trees directly from our site.

14. How can I ensure my plant survives shipping?

We take every precaution to package our plants securely, but once they arrive, it's important to follow the care instructions included with your shipment. Unbox your plant as soon as it arrives, water it if necessary, and place it in the appropriate environment (e.g., sunlight, shade) based on its needs.

15. Can I request a specific mango or avocado variety?

Yes! We offer a range of mango and avocado varieties, and you can select your preferred variety during checkout, depending on availability. If your desired variety is out of season, you may contact us to be notified when it becomes available again.

16. Do you sell fruit trees year-round?

Yes, we offer fruit trees year-round, but availability may vary depending on the season and current stock. For grafted trees, please allow additional time for fulfillment, as some varieties may take longer to prepare.

17. How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy! Simply browse our products on the website, select your items, and add them to your cart. Complete your purchase by entering your shipping and payment information. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

18. Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes, we offer local pick-up on Saturdays at the West Palm Beach Green Market during market hours, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. If you need to pick up your order at a different time, please contact us in advance to schedule an appointment at Mic@bearingfruittropicals.com.

19. What happens if my tree dies after planting?

While we do our best to ensure healthy plants, once a tree is delivered and planted, we are not responsible for its long-term care or any issues caused by environmental factors or improper care. However, we are happy to provide growing tips to help ensure your plant thrives. please check our plant care section for more information.

20. Can I order custom grafts?

Yes, we offer custom grafting services for certain varieties of fruit trees. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and the grafting process. Custom graft requests are subject to availability and a 10% restocking fee for cancellations.

21. Do you sell or ship budwood?

No, we do not sell or ship budwood at this time.

22.Can I change my delivery method after placing the order?

Yes, if the package hasn’t shipped yet, contact us to change the delivery method. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery method. Additional charges may apply.

23.What happens if I’m not home when my package arrives?

We recommend tracking your shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive it. We cannot be responsible for damage or loss once the package is delivered.

24. What climate zones are suitable for your fruit trees?

Most of our tropical trees are suitable for USDA zones 9-11. In colder areas, trees will require protection from freezing temperatures.

25.Can I request a specific delivery date?

We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, but once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You may opt for expedited shipping (at your expense) for faster delivery.
